1. How do I place an order?
Ordering from Dorothy's Art Lamps is quick and easy:
- Browse our collections and select your favorite items.
- Choose your size and quantity, then click Add to Cart.
- Review your cart contents and proceed to checkout.
- Complete your order through our secure payment steps.
2. When will my order ship?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email (please also check your spam folder).
Shipping Process:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

3. Can I track my order status?
Yes, all orders include a tracking number.
- Enter the tracking code via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking functionality may take up to 3 days to activate.

4. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us within 24 hours: info@dorothyslamps.com
or reply directly to your order confirmation email.
If the package has already shipped, the address may not be changeable.
5. What is the return and refund policy?
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items and must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
- Email your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged) to info@margaret-harold-jewelry.com.
- Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
Important Notes:
- Returns cannot be accepted for items currently in transit.
- Requests that do not meet return criteria will not be processed.
6. How long does delivery take?
Standard timelines are as follows:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 5–15 business days after dispatch

7. What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide international shipping services.
9. How do I unsubscribe from emails?
No longer wish to receive emails?
- Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the top or bottom of any Margaret & Harold Jewelry email.
- Email info@dorothyslamps.com, and we will manually remove your subscription.
