Returns and Cancellation Policy


Can I return an item?


Yes. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must include all accessories and retain its original packaging.
  • Normal signs of use are acceptable, but returns will not be accepted for damage caused by improper use.
  • Hygiene products (such as underwear) must remain clean and unopened.
  • If you discover a quality issue with the product, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. Eligible returns will be accepted.


Margaret & Harold Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns due to policy abuse or customer-caused damage.

How do I return an item?


If the above conditions are met, please follow these steps:


Email the following information to info@dorothyslamps.com:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product photos (if damaged)
  • Full name
  • Complete shipping address


We will reply with the correct return address.


Note: Do not return items to the sender's address. Ship exclusively to the address we provide.


Note: This service does not include free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Consumer Contract Cancellation Rights (Individual Consumers Only)


A. Cancellation Conditions


You have a 14-day right to cancel the contract starting from the date you receive the last item in your order (or the date a third-party recipient, excluding the carrier, receives it).


However, within 15 minutes of placing an order, the system automatically enters the order processing stage.


Once an order is confirmed, payment is immediately transferred to the supplier's account and the fulfillment process begins—this mechanism enables us to offer fast shipping and low-cost delivery services.


If you notify us of order cancellation within 15 minutes, we will make every effort to intercept it, but cannot guarantee success.


If notification exceeds 15 minutes, the order has entered processing and cannot be canceled.


We understand this process may not meet your expectations, but we believe you will still be satisfied upon receiving your items. For any inquiries, please submit a request following the return process outlined above.

Note: Order cancellation is only finalized once the returned items arrive at our warehouse.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Processing Shipped Orders


As items ship from Asia, delivery times may be longer.


Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please follow the return process after receiving your items. Notifying us of your cancellation intent in advance may expedite the return process. Providing tracking information is recommended.

Refund Processing After Contract Termination


When an order is canceled:

  • We will refund the full amount you paid (excluding shipping and special delivery fees).
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items and cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
  • No refund processing fees will be charged.
  • Refused Packages/Undeliverable Orders
  • If a customer refuses a package, or an order is returned due to an incorrect address or undeliverability, we will deduct €15 per item from the refund amount to cover handling and logistics costs. This fee covers all expenses incurred during the return process, including package processing, shipping, and storage fees.
  • All returned items must be shipped by the customer to the designated address in China.
